Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued enterprise architect products and services for all City departments with SPARX Sales US LLC d/b/a SPARX Systems North America, to increase the amount by $374,100 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $608,000. Funding: $143,250 is available in the Operating Budgets of all City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
