Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Austin-Travis County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care to administer the Community Development Block Grant Youth Services Program for an initial 12-month term, ending on September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $198,819, with up to four 12-month extension options for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,098,601. Funding: $198,819 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Housing Department Special Revenue Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
