Authorize three contracts for citywide roofing services for all City departments with Advantage USAA, Inc.; Empire Roofing Companies Inc. dba Empire Roofing Companies; and RYCARS Construction LLC, for an initial term of two years with up to three 1-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $40,000,000. Funding: $4,666,667 is available in the Operating Budgets of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract terms are contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
