Authorize negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Waverly North, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for a multifamily rental development to be known as Waverly North, located at or near 3710 Cedar Street, Austin, TX 78705. Funding: $3,273,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Capital Budget of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation through 2022 GO Bonds. $2,270,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation through Project Connect.
