Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Gil Rocha Public Art Projects LLC for artwork for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Departures Ticketing Art in Public Places Project for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,000,000. Funding: $150,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Capital Budget of the Aviation Department. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
