Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire in fee simple approximately 2.154 acres (93,828 square feet) situated in the William Cannon League No. 19, Travis County, Texas, generally located at 601 North Bluff Drive, Austin, Texas 78745 and being the first tract more particularly described by metes and bounds in the Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 11699, Page 281, Real Property Records, Travis County, Texas, from Kathryn J. Griffin, Independent Executor of the Will, Codicil and of the Estate of Maria Celeste Costley, Deceased, for a total amount not to exceed $510,000 including closing costs. Funding: $510,000 is available in the Parks and Recreation Department Capital Budget.
