Approve an ordinance amending City Code Chapter 2-1 (City Boards) to clarify board member and working group definitions; to revise provisions relating to waiver, service, eligibility, term, training, holdover, removal, qualification, officer election, authority to speak on behalf of a board, agenda approval, and communication methods in order to reflect current and best practices; and to add a residency requirement for the Animal Advisory Commission. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact.
