NPA-2023-0010.02 - East 2nd Street - 2300 Block - Conduct a public hearing and approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 011213-43 the Holly Neighborhood Plan, an element of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan, to change the land use designation on the future land use map (FLUM) on property locally known 109, 111, and 113 Mildred Street and 2305, 2307, and 2311 East 2nd Street (Lady Bird Lake Watershed) from Single Family to Mixed Use land use.
