Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with the Austin Independent School District d/b/a Austin ISD to provide funding for after-school programming for youth for a 12-month term ending on September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $1,662,032, and to add funding in an amount of $512,032 to each of the two remaining extension options for a total agreement amount not to exceed $9,638,589.
