The owner of the needed property is AMC North Bluff Estates, LLC. The property is located at 6600 Elm Creek, Austin, Texas 78744. The general route follows the rear fence lines of the properties on Palomera Cove, across Palmera Cove and continuing along the rear fence lines on Spruce Cove.
