Approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation’s Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Escuela Nueva) Series 2024A-1 and Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Escuela Nueva) Series 2024A-2 in an aggregate principal amount up to $35,000,000 to Escuela Nueva LLC, or an affiliated entity, and approving the execution of related documents in substantially the form attached to the resolution, to provide financing for the development of a multifamily housing development to be known as Escuela Nueva located within the city of Austin at or near 2013 Montopolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78741.
