Lochner, Inc., dba K Friese & Associates, LLC, and Doucet & Associates, Inc., for total contract amounts not to exceed $45,000,000, divided among the firms. [Note: These contracts will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) by meeting the goals with 8.55% MBE and 3.32% WBE participation].
