Authorize negotiation and execution of amendments to three contracts for continued security alarm monitoring and security installation services with Tony Parent Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Allied Fence & Security; Entech Sales & Service LLC; and Johnson Controls US Holdings LLC d/b/a Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, to increase the amounts by $5,968,000 for revised total contract amounts not to exceed $10,771,500, divided among the contractors. [Note: This contract was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). For the services required for this contract, there were insufficient or no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].
