Authorize amendments to existing contracts with the following contractors: ILCOR Homes, Inc.; Valdez Remodeling and Weatherization, Inc.; and Constructinople, LLC to fund the Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Program, to increase the total contract amount, not to exceed up to $2,000,000 per 12-month extension, for a total contract amount not to exceed up $8,000,000.
