Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued service of the UPLAN network management and modeling software, support, and subscription services with LCG Consulting, to increase the amount by $520,000 and to extend the term by two years for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $2,479,667. [Note: Sole source contracts are exempt from the City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program); therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].
