Approve a resolution initiating amendments to City Code, including Title 25 (Land Development), related to bicycle parking requirements; encouraging timely updates to the Transportation Criteria Manual (TCM) related to bicycle parking requirements; and directing the exploration of incentives for existing developments to install bicycle parking per the updated City Code and TCM requirements.
