Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued rental of vehicles and heavy-duty, commercial, industrial, and construction equipment with HERC Rentals Inc., to increase the amount by $3,970,000 and to extend the term by two years, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $6,792,000. [Note: This contract was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program. For the services required for this contract, there were no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].
