NPA-2023-0018.01 - 7002, 7004, and 7006 Guadalupe Street - Conduct a public hearing and approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 040513-30 the Brentwood/Highland Combined Neighborhood Plan and Ordinance No. 20081211-086 the Lamar Blvd./Justin Lane Station Area Plan, elements of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan, on properties locally known as 7002, 7004, and 7006 Guadalupe Street (Waller Creek Watershed) to amend the base maximum building height from 35 feet to a maximum of 40 feet and to allow for the participation in the Development Bonus program.
