Authorize execution of four contracts for homeless encampment cleanup and related services with Enterprise Professional Services, Inc. d/b/a EPSI, I.C.C.S. LLC d/b/a ICCS Academy, Stacey Roberta Gayer d/b/a Kyle Lawn Works, and The Other Ones Foundation, each for a term of five years for total contract amounts not to exceed $20,000,000, divided among the contractors. [Note: This solicitation was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). For the services required for this solicitation, there were no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established.
