Approve a resolution adopting modifications to light rail and implementation plans related to Project Connect and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the City, Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Austin Transit Partnership to incorporate the Austin Light Rail Implementation Plan and to negotiate other terms of the JPA related to financing and implementation of Project Connect.
