Authorize amendments to three contracts for grounds maintenance and landscaping with Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. d/b/a Brightview Tree Care Services, Cutrite LLC d/b/a Cutrite Landscaping, and Unity Contractor Services, Inc., to increase the amount by $3,141,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $8,924,000, divided among the contractors. [Note: These contracts were reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). For the services required for these contracts, there were insufficient subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].
