Authorize an amendment to a contract for specialty chemical water treatment services with Nalco Company LLC d/b/a Nalco Company, to increase the amount by $3,922,500 and to extend the term by one year for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $18,610,000. [Note: This contract was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program).
