Ratify a contract for Axon Fleet 3 products and services with Axon Enterprise, Inc., for the initial three-year term, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,163,820, and prospectively authorize the remaining optional extensions for up to seven additional years, at an amount not to exceed $14,336,180. [Note: This contract is exempt from the City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program); therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].
