Authorize execution of a contract for original equipment manufacturer parts and repair services for City-owned Kawasaki, Can-Am, and Polaris vehicles with Woods Fun Center, LLC d/b/a BMW Motorcycles of Austin or Ridenow Austin, for a term of five years in an amount not to exceed $430,500.
